Finding the Inspection (Parts Clerk)

The parts department user sees all inspections in Parts Requested or Confirmed status, plus their 'Revised' versions, when the vehicle queue opens. To narrow the search click in the menu bar.

In the vehicle queue Search window, the 'Status' search filter defaults to “Parts Requested” and "Confirmed" plus the revised versions. Change the filters as required. Refer to Vehicle queue page for more information.

Start by claiming the inspection with parts requested by clicking anywhere in the row. The inspection opens to the Recommendation page.
